The mission of the Enrollment Management Division at Texas A&M University-San Antonio is to serve students from the pipeline to graduation. The division consists of several departments, including Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and the Welcome Center.
The Admissions Department provides information to prospective high school, transfer and graduate students about enrolling in the University. As well, the Admissions team processes applications and provides campus tours and special recruitment events throughout the year, such as Jaguar Days (for new freshmen students and their families) and Transfer Days (for prospective transfer students and their families.)
The Financial Aid department serves new and current students. In 2018-2019, nearly 96% of all students received some form of financial aid, including grants, scholarships, federal work-study, and public or private loans.
The Registrar works with the Academic offices, faculty and staff, to provide course schxguanjia.cnling, processing grades, class registration, and much more! In addition, the Registrar leads the annual Fall and Spring graduation ceremonies.
The Welcome Center is the University’s one-stop-shop and provides new and current students a singular space to get answers to anything enrollment-related. The Welcome Center is the first place many students visit to get started on their journey at A&M-SA. As well, the Welcome Center provides outreach to the community and serves as the “front door” of the University.
